Based on my own exercise promotion research since 1995, I have developed a powerful tool, the Personal Fitness Profile Analysis (P.F.P.A.), to help people achieve their personal fitness goals.  Why the P.F.P.A.?  Because let’s face it--not everyone will go to the gym.  Physically and psychologically, we are all built differently and that is something to be celebrated.  My passion is to help you discover who you are and then design a fitness solution based on your strengths and preferences so that it really works.   

What does P.F.P.A. involve?  A 30-minute face-to-face interview during which we will look at what motivates you and what hinders you from achieving your fitness goals.  Based on the results, I will prepare a BRIEF (because who has time to read a doctoral thesis???)
